MIU City University Miami and CAMACOL Sign an Agreement to Promote Education and Business Development

MIU City University Miami and The Latin Chamber of Commerce of the United States (CAMACOL) have signed a cooperation agreement to promote higher education and business development in Florida’s Miami-Dade County.

The agreement, which was signed in Miami on Tuesday, reinforces both institutions’ commitment to creating educational opportunities at the highest level and bolstering the support network of Hispanic entrepreneurs and business owners in the United States.

This alliance will provide favorable conditions for the exchange of knowledge, the creation of joint programs, and the promotion of educational and business events that support the professional growth of Hispanic students and members of the business community.

The agreement was signed by Dr. Martín Santivañez Vivanco, Proeduca country manager for Latin America, and José “Joe” Chi, president of CAMACOL.

Inter-institutional Strength

Dr. Santivañez Vivanco highlighted the agreement’s importance for MIU City University Miami, stating that it “opens new doors for Hispanic students in Miami and the rest of the United States, giving them access to high-quality academic programs and a strong business support network.”

Likewise, José “Joe” Chi expressed his satisfaction with the agreement, noting that “CAMACOL has always been committed to the progress of Hispanic entrepreneurs, and this agreement further strengthens our mission of supporting the Hispanic business community in this country.”

This new inter-institutional partnership marks an important step forward in building strategic relationships between education and the business sector, and is expected to make a positive impact on both the development of new leaders and the strength of the Hispanic economy in the United States.
