It also includes joint initiatives to support the internationalization of social security systems and the modernization of their managing institutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The agreement was signed at the OISS headquarters in a ceremony chaired by its Secretary General, <strong>Gina Magnolia Ria\u00f1o Bar\u00f3n<\/strong>. She was joined by representatives of the PROEDUCA group, including <strong>Antonio Arag\u00f3n<\/strong>, UNIR\u2019s International Corporate Director of Institutional Development, and V<strong>\u00edctor Pascual Planchuelo<\/strong>, Director of the International Political Science Area at the Faculty of Law. <strong>Manuel Pedro Baganha<\/strong>, advisor to the OISS, also attended the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The agreement was formally signed by the rectors and legal representatives of the <strong>seven higher education institutions<\/strong> associated with PROEDUCA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the event, Gina Magnolia Ria\u00f1o Bar\u00f3n highlighted that this partnership represents an important step toward building a <strong>shared Ibero-American knowledge space<\/strong> in social security and social protection. He noted that these initiatives will support the development of highly qualified professionals through accessible, flexible, and high-quality academic programs designed to meet current needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Under the agreement, all parties commit to collaborating on technical assistance and support activities, participating in international projects, and promoting the dissemination of specialized knowledge. <strong>Planned initiatives<\/strong> include courses, seminars, technical studies, expert exchanges, joint publications, and other activities related to training and innovation in social protection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Strong interinstitutional commitment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The OISS, an international technical organization, aims to <strong>promote the economic and social well-being<\/strong> of Ibero-American countries by facilitating the exchange of knowledge and experience in social security. PROEDUCA\u2019s educational ecosystem brings together <strong>universities and postgraduate institutions<\/strong> with an international presence and a strong focus on high-quality education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Through this agreement, the OISS, PROEDUCA, and their partner institutions strengthen a strategic alliance aimed at<strong> enhancing the professional development<\/strong>
