Identifies the critical points between what the customer is looking for and what they get.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Makes a better profile of the target audience and improves the marketing strategy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Identifies a logical order in the customer experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Proactive, anticipates possible incidents to improve the customer feedback process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Improves campaign profitability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How do I design a Customer Journey Map?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00a0\u00a0 Establish the Customer Journey Map&#8217;s goal and purpose.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>2.&nbsp; Profile the buyer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.&nbsp; Identify how the customer interacts with the brand:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>How they got to know us.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What they like about our product.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What their experience was like.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>4.&nbsp; Design the map, identifying the points that need to be fixed, the difficulties when trying to purchase, and the reasons why a potential customer does not finish the process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5.&nbsp; Test and analyze the Customer Journey Map as if we were a customer, so we can have a realistic picture of the process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6.&nbsp;
