Es un modelo de gesti\u00f3n que tiene como objetivo minimizar las p\u00e9rdidas y maximizar el valor a\u00f1adido al cliente. Este modelo surge en los a\u00f1os 70 en la industria del autom\u00f3vil y debido su \u00e9xito se exporta a todo tipo de empresas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lean Manufacturing se centra en optimizar el sistema de producci\u00f3n, reduciendo o eliminando las tareas que no aportan valor al proceso o al cliente. La filosof\u00eda Lean se basa en tres conceptos clave:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Efectividad, la empresa est\u00e1 centrada en satisfacer las necesidades del cliente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Eficiencia de recursos y procesos, eliminando aquello que no aporta valor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Innovaci\u00f3n para identificar y resolver problemas y generar cambios en la organizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La metodolog\u00eda Lean hace hincapi\u00e9 en suprimir las actividades que no aportan valor, o desperdicios:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Reducir el movimiento de las personas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Evitar la sobreproducci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Evitar los periodos de espera o inactividad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Mejorar el transporte para evitar movimientos innecesarios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Evitar el sobreprocesado y los trabajos innecesarios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Evitar el reprocesado o correcci\u00f3n de productos defectuosos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Reducir el inventario para evitar costes de almacenaje y obsolescencia de los productos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 es Lean Management?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Es la forma de trasladar la metodolog\u00eda Lean a la direcci\u00f3n. Liderazgo Lean es la habilidad que capacita a un directivo a ser el motor de cambio de su empresa en base a la excelencia y el \u00e9xito, entre sus principales objetivos se encuentran:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Alcanzar determinadas cotas de crecimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Mejorar las cuentas de la empresa o un segmento de las mismas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Mejorar o cambiar la calidad del producto o servicio de forma radical.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Disminuir sensiblemente los costes \/ mejorar la eficiencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Conseguir un diferencial de ventaja competitiva con la competencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Mantener una mejora continua de los costes y de la calidad que mantenga el impulso de innovaci\u00f3n y mejora con respecto a la competencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os vemos un incremento en la demanda de directivos capaces de mejorar la satisfacci\u00f3n de sus clientes, reduciendo costes e incrementando rentabilidad a trav\u00e9s de una metodolog\u00eda Lean, constituy\u00e9ndose como una de las profesiones con mayor desarrollo y estabilidad a futuro.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es Lean Manufacturing?
