MIU Earns Official Recognition in The Bahamas
We are pleased to announce that MIU City University Miami has been granted Institutional Recognition status by The National Accreditation & Equivalency Council of The Bahamas (NAECOB).
The Institutional Recognition status does not suggest that MIU now has accreditation with NAECOB. Institutional Recognition status indicates that MIU currently holds full accreditation status from international or regional accreditation bodies recognized by NAECOB.
NAECOB’s Institutional Recognition permits MIU to recruit for and offer educational programs in The Bahamas.
This significant achievement aligns with our enduring mission to increase worldwide access to a high-quality U.S. education, empowering students from around the world to pursue international careers. The Institutional Recognition from NAECOB underscores the international standing and quality of our academic programs.
For our students and alumni aspiring to careers in The Bahamas, this recognition is a valuable asset. It signifies that MIU’s qualifications meet the standards recognized by NAECOB, opening doors to new professional opportunities within The Bahamas.
Furthermore, this recognition reinforces the global potential of a MIU education, giving students the opportunity to earn degrees that are recognized both in the United States and internationally.
Our commitment at MIU remains strong: to provide students with the knowledge, tools, and credentials they need to succeed, wherever their ambitions may lead them.
We are proud that our dedication to educational excellence is being recognized by esteemed international bodies like NAECOB. This marks an important step in our ongoing efforts to expand our global footprint and provide our students with an education that will transform their future.
We are confident that this recognition will further enrich our diverse university community and empower our graduates to drive positive change around the world. For more details about our inclusion on the list of universities recognized by NAECOB, please visit the official website.
